William “Bill” Haitz,Jr.

He was an outgoing guy. Bill could strike up a conversation with anyone. He was probably most comfortable sitting on the front porch entertaining random people walking down to the beach. He enjoyed a little Nascar (fan of the late Dale Earnhardt), country music, camping and was a lifelong Steelers fan. He was born and raised in Maple Shade, spent a career working for Lockheed Martin and lived in Cherry Hill. He met a pretty girl on a blind date at the Chart House. Bill and Gigi would share a 36-year marriage. He is survived by his siblings, Keith (Teresa) and Janice (Michael) Evans.

Come celebrate 66 great years Wednesday Oct. 8, noon to 2 p.m. at the MARK C. TILGHMAN FUNERAL HOME 38 North Forklanding Road, Maple Shade where there will be a 2 p.m. service.
