Thomas J Murray

Thomas J Murray passed away on October 16th, 2025 from Alzheimer's disease. He was dutifully cared for by the Jennifer Gardens memory care team in Port Richey, Florida. He lived to be 80 years old.

Born in 1945, Tom grew up in Maple Shade, New Jersey. He later moved to Tigard, Oregon where he would follow his career with Daimler Trucks North America. Throughout his life, Tom coached sports and enjoyed spending time on his sailboat. He played on his company golf team and loved fishing.

He is survived by his wife Amy J Murray, his children Jennifer (Wayne) Selk, Michael Murray, and his granddaughter Jessica Selk. He is also survived by his siblings Richard (Ruthann) Murray, and Eileen Belfatto.

Celebration of life will be held on Tuesday November 18th, 12 Noon at the MARK C. TILGHMAN FUNERAL HOME, 38 N. Forklanding Road, Maple Shade, NJ. Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation with Tom’s family 10 AM-12 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
