Richard “Stumpy” T. Ashfield

Richard T. "Stumpy" Ashfield of Cherry Hill passed away on November 12, 2023. He was 66 years old. Born on March 1, 1957 in Darby, Pa., Stumpy was a self-employed excavating contractor.
 
Loving husband of Bracha Ashfield (nee Gola), dear father of Asher (Brenna) Ashfield, Aharon Ashfield and Aliya Ashfield, cherished grandfather of Emmett, loving brother of Mary Lou Vratsolis, Stumpy will also be missed by many nieces, nephews and good friends.
 
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing and visitation with his family on Thursday November 16th, 9-11 AM at the MARK C. TILGHMAN FUNERAL HOME, 38 N. Forklanding Road, Maple Shade. Funeral service will follow at 11 AM at the funeral home. Burial will be in Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson, NJ.
