Patricia L. Rafalko

Patricia L. Rafalko (nee Sbaraglia) of Maple Shade passed away peacefully on Thursday August 14, 2025 at Samaritan Hospice in Voorhees at the age of 85. She was born in Scranton, Pa. on January 5, 1940 to the late Andrew and Jennie Sbaraglia. Pat moved to Maple Shade 58 years ago. She enjoyed watching movies and snacking on her popcorn. Pat took pleasure in baking and made many tasty treats over the years.

Beloved wife of the late Leon Rafalko who passed away in 2022, they had been married since 1961. Loving mother of Kim (Patrick) King, Vicki (Eric) Brown, cherished Nana of Patrick (Chrissy) King, Derrick King and Dylan Brown. Pat will also be missed by her in-laws Rich and Chris Rafalko, along with many nieces and nephews.

Her funeral services will be private. Arrangements by the MARK C. TILGHMAN FUNERAL HOME, Maple Shade.
