Nancy Omlor
She had a mind for numbers; Nancy plied her talents all over Philadelphia and South Jersey. Her early career years found her in Philadelphia working for Girard Bank and later for PNC and Midlantic. Later years found her working for the Garden State Racetrack and Columbia Bank, making friends along the way. People were important to her and her easy going nature made friendships last a lifetime. Come the weekends she would be on the move, out shopping, heading down the shore or off on some adventure with her grandkids. Nancy loved the holidays, either heading to Palmyra PA to spend time with family or gathering them for Easter under her roof. She always had a book in hand, mostly fiction ranging from thrillers to rom coms. She was born and raised in Chester PA and lived in Maple Shade.
Nancy’s work in banking earned her more than just a paycheck. The pretty teller would meet a handsome customer named Bob, learning more about each other during his visits, and eventually culminating into a first date of ice skating. They’d share a 44-year marriage. She is survived by her children, Kimberly (Ken) Day and Albert Bartholf; grandchildren, Kelly, Kris, Ken and Zoe; step-children, Kimberly (Michael) Hock and Keith (Heather) Omlor; step grandchildren, Katelyn, Elizabeth and Meghan and her sister, Joan Cisco.
