Mildred C. Oman

Mildred C. Oman (nee Ruby) a lifelong resident of Maple Shade passed away peacefully on Sunday July 20, 2025 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Riverside on September 18, 1934 to the late Willard and Elsie Ruby. Millie was a homemaker and her children's and grandchildren's biggest cheerleader attending all their activities. She was a lifelong member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, and a former cub scout den mother in Maple Shade. Millie enjoyed watching her TV shows, and working in her yard and working on her jigsaw puzzles.

Beloved wife of the late Alfred Oman, loving mother of Alan (Terri) Oman of Ft. Myers, Fl., David (Darlene) Oman, the late Connie Oman Burns, Lennie Oman, Kathy (Larry) Henry, Karl (Joyce) Oman, and Patti (Peter) Zizzamia all of Maple Shade, cherished grandmother of 17 and adored great grandmother of 23.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing and visitation with her family on Monday evening, July 28th, 7-9 PM and Tuesday morning, July 29th 10-11 AM at the MARK C. TILGHMAN FUNERAL HOME, 38 N. Forklanding Road, Maple Shade. Her funeral service will follow 11 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be in Colestown Cemetery, Cherry Hill. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Samaritan Hospice @samaritannj.org
