Lisa Marie Woods

Lisa Marie Woods (nee King) passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Saturday July 12, 2025 at the age of 62. She fought a long and courageous battle. Lisa was born on January 2, 1963 to the late John King and Margaret King. She grew up in Cherry Hill and moved to Maple Shade over 40 years ago. Lisa was formerly employed at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital where she worked in the medical billing department and the family business, Ed and Sons Glass in Maple Shade. She was active with Toys for Tots and various other community organizations. Many of Lisa's happiest memories were made at the beach where she found peace and contentment. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Maple Shade. Lisa will be lovingly remembered for her kind heart, her positivity and generous nature as well as a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Beloved wife of Mike Woods, loving mother of Danielle (Mike), Michael, Jr., cherished grandmother of Lucia, devoted daughter of Marge King, dear sister of Cheryl (Robert) Rosenbleeth, John King, and Dick (Christine) King, sister-in-law of Ed (Kathy) Woods, the late Linda and Norman Richards, Barbara and Tony Narcisso, Dan (Lisa) Woods, special aunt of Karen (Elliott) Cumba, Chad, Patrick, Richard, the late Michael, Kelly, Butch, Ed, Jen, Jeanine, Dolores, Paul, Lori, Erin, John and Shane, Lisa will also be dearly missed by many great nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing and visitation with her family on Sunday evening July 20th, 5-8 PM and Monday morning July 21st 9:30-10:30 AM at the MARK C. TILGHMAN FUNERAL HOME, 38 N. Forklanding Road, Maple Shade. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday July 21st 11 AM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 236 E. Main Street, Maple Shade. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Toys for Tots Burlington County, and sent to 18 W. Woodlawn Ave., Maple Shade, NJ 08052.
