Linda Ricapito

Loving wife and mother, Linda Ricapito, passed away suddenly from a short illness at age 61 on Tuesday, May 9th, 2023.

She is survived by her loving husband of 42 years David Ricapito, their daughter Lauren Ricapito-Daroff (Matt), her granddog Trunks, who she adored with all her heart, her mother Lucy Montanaro nee’ Benedetto (Louis - deceased), brother Lou Montanaro, Jr. (Theresa), nephew Louie Montanaro, brother-in-law Richard Ricapito (Michelle), along with many Aunts, cousins, and dear friends.

Linda worked with children all of her career and it was truly her life’s calling.  She loved shopping with her daughter, going to Clearwater in Florida with her husband, and loved watching her favorite TV shows “FRIENDS” and “Monk.”

While she was a quiet and shy person, Linda managed to make friends wherever she went with her warmth and caring personality, and she will be sorely missed.

A Celebration of Life service and luncheon will be at Galdo's Catering, 1933 Moyamensing Ave., Phila.,Pa. and Entertainment on Saturday, May 20, 2023  from 11am to 2pm.
