Jeannine (Gender) Hagan, age 63, passed away following a long battle with Cancer on Monday, March 30th, 2026 surrounded by her loving family. Jeannine was born in Camden, grew up in Maple Shade and was a longtime resident of Pennsauken, NJ.

Jeannine lived adoring her family who was the center of her world. Jeannine and her husband, Dan were married for 38 years and together raised a beautiful daughter, Teionna. Jeannine is known for having a big heart continuously open to helping others. She was the person always offering a patient, listening ear or opening her home as a sanctuary for those in need of a place to stay. Even while navigating her own personal struggles, Jeannine’s commitment to uplifting others never wavered—a profound testament to her nurturing soul and resilient spirit. It was the simple things in life that brought a smile to her face. She has left a lasting mark on every life she touched, and she will be missed beyond measure by all who were blessed to know her.

Jeannine is survived by her devoted husband, Daniel Hagan and her cherished daughter Teionna Hagan. She was the beloved daughter of the late James T. Sr. and Jeannine Gender, sister of the late Cherie Petrino, James T. Gender, Jr and William D Gender. She is survived by her sister, Mary Jean (Bob) Kneringer, her eight nieces Morgan (Matt) Siepel, Victoria (John) Eliades, Brianna (Gabriel) Braga, Meghan Kneringer, Jazmine Kneringer, Kristi Vaughn, Becky Vaughn, and Stacy Hagan, her three nephews Timothy Vaughn, Jessie (Heather) Hagan, and Michael Hagan Jr, and her late nephew, Stephen Hagan and a great aunt to Keaton, Callum and Mila. Her memory will be forever cherished by her many friends and family.

Thursday April 2, Noon to 2 p.m. at Mark Tilghman Funeral Home, 38 North Forklanding Road, Maple Shade where there will be a 2 p.m. service. Entombment private at Lakeview Memorial Park.
