Doris C. Woodfield

Doris C. Woodfield (nee Chapman) of Mt Laurel passed away peacefully on Tuesday June 20, 2023. She was 100 years old. Doris was born on June 11, 1923 in Camden and was a longtime resident of Mt. Laurel. She was retired from Wachovia Bank where she worked for many years and then BJ’s Wholesale Club in Maple Shade. Doris was an avid reader and she enjoyed working on crossword puzzles.
 
Beloved wife of the late John Woodfield, sister of the late Iona Tyler, Joyce Cranmer, Elwood Chapman and John Chapman, mother of Jacqualyne Cangelose, cherished grandmother of Courtney (Michael) Kershaw and Christopher (Cindy) Cangelose, and adoring great grandmother of Kacie, Caiden, Karlyn, and Cavan Kershaw, and Bailey and Reagan Cangelose.
 
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing and visitation with her family on Friday June 30th, 10:30 - 11 am at the MARK C. TILGHMAN FUNERAL HOME, 38 N. Forklanding Road, Maple Shade. Her funeral service will follow 11 am at the funeral home. Interment will be in Locustwood Memorial Park, Cherry HIll.
