Carmen Gladys Figueroa

Carmen Gladys Figueroa of Maple Shade passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Monday, March 30, 2020. She was  78 years old. Born in Hato Rey, Puerto Rico on July 11, 1941, she resided in Brooklyn, NY before moving to Maple Shade 15 years ago. Gladys was a parishioner of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Maple Shade. Her family was her greatest joy and treasure. 

 

Beloved wife of Miguel Figueroa, devoted and loving mother of Miguel, Jr. and his wife Doris Figueroa, Albert and his wife Lizzette Figueroa, Marilyn and her husband Sal Morales and Lourdes Rivera, beloved niece Zulma Figueroa, cherished grandmother of 11 and proud great grandmother of 4, devoted sister of Lillian Figueroa, Alice Jiminez, Luz Reyes, Carmen Reyes and Oscar Reyes, Gladys was pre deceased by her parents Carmelo and Mercedes Reyes Rios, her precious granddaughter Isabella M. Morales, and beloved sister of the late Aida Figueroa, Angel Reyes, Emilio Reyes, Theresa Gutierrez and Milagros Reyes, she is also survived by many special nieces and nephews.

 

Funeral services will be private. A memorial mass will be held at a later date.
