Arthur John O’Brien

Arthur J. “John” O'Brien of Maple Shade passed away on Sunday June 8, 2025 at the age of 77. John was born in Moorestown on August 15, 1947 and was a lifetime are resident. John served in the US Airforce during the Vietnam War from 1967-68. He retired as crew chief for Shields Business Solutions.

Beloved husband of 45 years to Mary "Jean" who passed away on Thursday June 19, 2025, loving father of Sara (Chuck) Kanicki and John O'Brien, cherished grandfather of Brittney, L.C., Lucas and Gavin, dear brother of Barbara O'Brien.

Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation with his family on Saturday July 19, 2025, 9-11 AM at the MARK C. TILGHMAN FUNERAL HIOME, 38 N. Forklanding Road, Maple Shade. A memorial service will follow 11 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project @woundedwarriorproject.org
