Anna M. Petrella

Anna M. Petrella (nee Ruffo) passed away on Friday June 20, 2025. She was born in Philadelphia on July 14, 1944 to the late Anthony and Caroline Ruffo. Anna was retired from PCI Pharmaceutical Packaging in Pennsauken. She was a devoted parishioner of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church. Anna was a very loving woman and was known as the rock of her family. She enjoyed spending time with her family and loved being known as Mimi and Gigi to them. 

Beloved wife of 34 years to William Petrella, loving mother of Anna Ruffo, Debra Ruffo (John), David (Sheila) Ruffo, Patti (Dave) Tanzak, Lizzie Petrella and Lauren Petrella (Jared), cherished Mimi to 22 grandchildren and proud Gigi to many great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren, Anna is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation with her family on Wednesday June 25th, 10-11 AM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 236 E. Main Street, Maple Shade. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Anna’s name may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital @stjude.org
