John R. Christy

John R. Christy age 84, formerly of Moorestown, passed away peacefully on June 14, 2017. Born in Mt Holly, he resided in Moorestown, and spent 18 years in Florida before moving back to NJ. John retired from RCA in Moorestown, and was a charter member of the Lenola Fire Dept. He enjoyed fishing, woodworking and visiting the beach.  Beloved husband of Jeanne Christy (nee Protich), husband of the late Joan Frances "Dolly" Christy, loving father of John, Jr. (Loretta), Pamela (Jack) Hall, Robert (Janice), Ann Marie (Paul) Alexander, Richard (Lorraine), Kathy Fedon, Judy (Al) Davis, Norma (Tom) Semple, Mary Beth (Bill) Mann and Susan (Brian) Guattari, dear stepfather of Steven (Michelle) Weber, brother of Delores (Bob) Bishop, loving grandfather of 28, also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and 3 step grandchildren, Amelie, Maeve and Ezra.  Funeral services will be private.
