Blake, Dolores C. on June 7, 2015, age 88 of Maple Shade, NJ, formerly of the Juniata Park section of Philadelphia. Beloved wife of the late Albert P. Blake, devoted mother of Donna M. (Richard) Hacking, loving grandmother of Elise (John) Carr, Blake and Pierce Hacking, cherished great grandmother of Vivian, dear sister of Charles (Lucy) Monzo, also several nieces,nephews and Franco and Louie. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her life celebration, Thursday 10-11 am at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 236 E. Main St, Maple Shade, followed by her funeral mass at 11 am.
