Daniel T. Murphy

Daniel T. Murphy (Murph) age 61 of Maple Shade passed away on Friday September 19, 2014. Born in Philadelphia, Dan was a lifetime resident of Maple Shade. He was a brick mason with Beckstead Masonry in Voorhees, and a longtime member of AA. If you were ever lucky enough to be a friend of Murph's, you were a friend for life. Son of the late John and Catherine Murphy, devoted father of Christopher (Sherri) Murphy and Sean (Stephanie) Murphy, dear brother of Coleen (Philip) Sconyo, loving longtime companion of Margie Schaefer, cherished grandfather of Sean Michael, Hannah Grace and Ethan Reilly, treasured uncle of Pamela Ford and Diana Urbanchuk. Dan's funeral service will be held on Monday September 29th 11 am at the MARK C. TILGHMAN FUNERAL HOME, 38 N. Forklanding Rd., Maple Shade. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing and visitation with his family on Sunday, September 28th, 6-9 pm and Monday 10-11 am at the funeral home.
